Torric is preparing to launch a service providing administrative and business support to UK content creators and the talent agencies that represent them. At the time of writing, the service is not yet available to the public, and the Site is a pre-launch information page where prospective customers can join a waitlist to be notified when the service goes live.
Nothing on this Site constitutes a binding offer to provide services, a guarantee of pricing, a guarantee of access at launch, or a contract for service. The terms governing our actual service, when launched, will be presented separately and require explicit agreement at the point of signup.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Site or the waitlist is limited to £100. This limit reflects the fact that the Site is provided to you free of charge before launch.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when changes were made. Continued use of the Site after we publish updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If material changes affect your rights, we will notify you by email where reasonably practicable.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
